Bread and Water

The simple beauty of homemade bread and sparkly water. Delightful.

The bread, spelt in nature, made by TOIL. The water, crisp and bubbleishous on the way down.

Funny thing, the bread machine (thanks Mom), so incredibly handy and remarkably easy. Exactly the few simple ingredients we want in a bread. For about 1/4 the cost of a loaf in the store. Sooo tasty. The dough went through all its rising and falling and resting and cooking and smelling-up-of-the-house-ing while we were at the gym.

TOIL Style Simple Spelt Bread For Your Handy Home Bread Machine

1 cup Tepid Water
2 Tbsp Rosemary EV Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Turbinado Sugar
2 cups Whole Grain Spelt Flour
1 1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp White Spelt Flour
1 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Add ingredients according to Bread Machine directions. Enjoy. This bread is great for toasting, sandwich making, and simply eating.
